I would totally understand why you are so steamed!
The first rule of marketing is to never ever, never ever, never ever, bad mouth the competition. That would say more about you and your ethics than theirs.
You can however point out the differences between you and the competition, i.e. you physically travel to the courthouse and get the information from the horses mouth and not a third party source. You personally review the records and question the circuit clerk when something seems amiss. Something that can't be done through a third party source.
Bottom line, point out the positives and the advantages of using your services over anyone elses. If price is their only concern then they will reap what they sow.
