Usually it is a flat rate that depends on the type of retrieval that it is. Real property and court searches are usually different and also different on what the vendor whats from each type. Copies are always, as far as I know charged differently. Also flat fees depend on states and counties involved - the ease and/or volume an abstractor can expect in that county. As far actual pricing - that is hard - I'm not from your state and those from your state you are their competition - of course - someone that doesn't service your particular counties in your particular state would be the best person to talk to.
