Hi Helene - I haven't worked with this company but the checking I do on companies is I run the name for a website. Check that out a little bit - see who their clients are - many times clients are posted - to me that is a good indication of who they are. Also, check with your Secretary of State's office for good standing status if incorporated. Not in good standing at that time is a good indication there are problems with the company. And thirdly, if you don't feel comfortable with the company at this point, run a lien search in the county they are situated in. We are researchers aren't we? For me the financial status of the company is the most important, people come and go at companies and where one person could have been the nicest person in the world, the next to work with could be the most difficult and vice-versa. If they are fair about fees and fair about turnaround times - that is all I need - just like my work product should be the most important thing to them. Sorry I couldn't help otherwise. I did try to run a website on them and nothing came up - doesn't mean they aren't legitimate or successful - just one avenue I could not check. Hope someone on this site can help more.
