$10 + copies?  They are nuts!  How about you give them a call and tell them you are going to have to raise their prices because of the cost of gas?  I think they would tell you to go take a hike.  Depending on your driving distance and the time involved in it.  I wouldn't even touch a document retrieval for $10 + copies.
