I know exactly what you mean Lisa! If a client tells me ahead of time a filing is coming to record the same day, then I can plan my day to accomodate their request. However, on this I was told it was ok to file when I received it. No one mentioned they expected it to be filed THAT day. It irritates me too that they couldn't return my calls for almost two months, they wrote me a letter to respond, then expect me to phone in an apology or something. How far must we go to get paid because I feel like this is crap. Sorry, but this type of situation really ticks me off!!
