No, problem Mr. Ahern, I will say however, I spoke to Mr. Davis yesterday regarding this whole situation, which stemmed from recordings that were of record and told to us they were not. It had been explained to Mr. Davis that due to the fact the client of these recordings obtained the information themselves, not only would WE not be getting paid for them, but neither would he. It is understandable to be upset, BUT it does not warrant an attack on my Company, Countywide Abstract, or Financial Dimensions, et al. It seems as though at the end my conversation with Mr. Davis, he understood that he was not the only one "losing" so to speak. We all have a job to do, and it is my feeling that when a job is done to completion, it warrants payment. If it is not done to completion it does not warrant payment. I as a business owner have had my share of let downs, as anyone else, but would never "publicly" try to defame, deface, or disgrace anyone, regardless of the situation, or who it is. Finally, I would like to say thank you to Rachel Malone, Jason Sheppard, and Jamie Shoemaker for coming to CWA's defense regarding the slanderous words previously spoken by Mr. Davis. There words, and support are appreciated more than they will ever know.
