Yes Lisa did post that and I have no problem with help (or getting out of my comfort zone, like where did that come from? never mind)
The orginal post did not indicate that it was from an abstractor, but gave the impression that it was just received out of the blue and that is how scammers usually start, a message out of the blue. So excuse me for mis-understanding the post.
Kevin pointed out some excellent ways for her to get back on her feet quickly.
Since she has access to a computer now, she can contact her clients and I'm sure that they understand. Most clients have a web-site for contact information, if not she can go to www.yellowpages.com I believe is the site and put in the client name, city and state and get contact information.
