Very true Kevin. It is not a good time to get into this business. We opened up about 5 years ago and that was the time to get into this field. Now, I would not think about it at all. The whole county is saturated with abstractors now. Kevin is right about appraisals though. Think about that one. Still a very good field to get into. We are turning towards that as our clients are requesting this service from us.
