Answers-1) According to Webster's Unabridged dictionary the correct spelling would have to be "abstracter" since the other spelling does not appear in their pages.
2) It takes me about  30 min to 1 hr to complete a full search using my title plant data base of subdivisions. If I have to run the entire 60 yr search might be a few more hrs added in there.I also have on-line access to all the counties I provide services in. (for which I pay a hefty fee to be a subscriber to each county I do work in)
