Thanks Will, however I've worked remotely since 2006. I worked in an office briefly and I'm much more productive in my own environment. We have people that have never been in this kind of a position before and they are barely treading water. Like I said, patience is key. Communicate as though you will be face-to-face with them tomorrow. That level of respect is the way things need to be. No one is a faceless voice. It will get better, however it probably won't be anytime soon.
