In order for our feedback/company reviews to be useful, the reviews need to be honest assessments of your experience with a company. I have been informed that someone has left positive feedback for a client, which induced another user to accept new orders from the same company. The user got stiffed for thousands of dollars and contacted the person that left the positive review only to find out that experience wasn't positive at all. The positive feedback was left in hopes of "making nice" and hopefully getting paid.
That type of feedback is very misleading to all of your fellow users and unethical. Please be honest in your assessment of the companies you review; others do rely on them as an indication of the integrity of the company you review.
If you have a positive experience, by all means, share it with others. If you have a negative experience, be honest about that too. But it is far better not to leave any feedback than to mislead others about what they might expect from the company.
Best,
Robert A. Franco
