I never bit the hand that feeds me but when that hand does not feed you for the services you provided then you go hungry!

I have worked very well with US Title search in the past and I think they are nice bunch of folks but they have to have their monetary agreement in place with their clients before taking on the task of issuing commercial cell tower searches that can be quite costly to abstractors.

I hope they have re-organized their operation for the betterment of all and I would still do work for them, if and only if they pay me for all past invoices.

I too will generate a contractual agreement so that I am assured of payment in a timely manner now and into the future for an agreement should help in any payment issues!
