George, I have a copy, only 7 pages, w/one being the legal description.  I can fax or email  it to you.  I would greatly appreciate your input.  Seems this instrument is an odd one for Georgia.  No one seems to have a clue.  This is just part of a report for a right-of-way project, condemnation.  I'd like to understand this transaction and how one can borrow so much against a property that is worth much less!  Please email me and I'll send the docs. to you.  Thanks very much!
