Scott. I have worked for plenty of Jews in my day. Every single one of them the most kind and professional people I have ever worked with.... but. Ask most Israeli what they would like to do with the Middle East and the response is very similiar. I will say one thing about our "relationship" it is one of their commandments (one of 600+) that they may not turn down a fellow jews need for help. More oft than not, my old co workers said they received numerous calls every month asking for money. I hate to be short sighted and all, but damn...if it's the desert or a poor region... MOVE! I know it goes alot deeper than that, but I'm seriously considering a move away from Cleveland because of our current economy. I would suggest others do the same.
Mr. Ahern, If you could find time to tell me the Author of the book you speak of, I would greatly appreciate it. Your insight today I must admit is rather sagacious. (btw it's ridiculous) =)
