Hey all. Kind of late for this abstractor to be writing tonight, but I want to throw out the idea that, drawing up maps, plotting, and interpretation of metes and bounds descriptions may be out of some leagues .I've worked in land surveying for about 20 years , as well as abstracting, and I wonder how an abstractor can safely draw the line, (so to speak) as to creating a map for a client? I would never take that risk. I'll continue with my thoughts tomorrow, but just wanted to throw this out this evening .Night night, from Maine
