I would rather not, I just think that too many of us work to hard to be constantly geting "lower your fees" calls when I know most of us have our fees set at a very fair rate already. $ 50 -$ 75 to do an insured title search is a good deal if you ask me, then again there's always India to try.
What........ India can't do it..........now my fee is $ 100 - $ 125!!!
