Loretta: I have had some problems with one settlement company in Owings Mills also- they are most uncooperative to talking- this one is a company with just three letters for a name! . You might be correct about disclosing this title company's name here in this thread- but there is no harm done in starting another one asking for any feedback about  $#@* title company located in the west Baltimore area- I am quite sure we will be able to piece it together, and with no possible repercussions.
