They sent us a search request today.  Still haven't paid us the $73.00 they owe us for a search we did back in May.  Informed them that they will have to bring their account up-to-date and will have to pay us in advance for the search they just requested.

Anyone else having payment issues with Title Direct and/or Zen Title, LLC?
