I enrolled online for the $10 per document deal but someone called me immediately that i could pay $5 per document only if i could sign their contract which i did, later to realise that i had a monthly committment of $200.00 whether or not i used their service, i had problems doing full title searches since their documents start from 1989 to date so i had to cancel after 2 months and my credit card account was charged $600.00 for early termination without informing me, yet every month after then they still charge me $30.00 for nothing, so i changed my credit card number. So beware.
