Reading the past few pages of the forum makes it clear the fox is now guarding the henhouse. Slow pay and no pay is practically expected these days.
I wonder if we (or NALTEA) couldn't come up with an nationwide 'approved list' of contacts which would eliminate the deadbeats by default and prevent any chance of slander. Plain and simple if someone isn't on the list, that's your warning and you take your chances by working for them.
Our time for testing and disappointment and pleading for pay should be OVER. Let the companies now do the work by making the grade to get on The List! lol
I know this is a topic that will come up at Title Camp on Oct 21 and want to encourage everyone to attend if possible. So far there are participants from 5 different states and NALTEA representative Lynn Hammett will be there to offer positive perspectives to some of the current problems in the title indsutry.
