I agree with you Robert. For most businesses, the intrusion is minimal, the governmental interest would likely be adjudged as substantial. It's a matter of proportion: how difficult and obnoxious is it to suffer being tested by a thermometer vs. how many people are likely to be infected and the numbers of those who may die, not to mention the stress put on the healthcare system.
Ordinarily, I agree and take lessons from Alix and will do so in the future. In this case, though, I respectfully disagree.
