We received a doc retrieval earlier this month and a couple orders in June. They are slow pay, and we've had to place them on Administrative Hold a few times in the past in order to get paid. But they normally pay the past dues in order to get off of Hold.
If you need help getting a payment, contact David Pool (david.pool@ameristarusa.com). He is who I have dealt with in the past and most recently, for past due invoices. He will make sure a check goes out within a week normally.
