I would agree. Foreclosure searches are a lot more labor intensive than one for a sale or refi. ... making certain that you have all of the assignments to assure that the proper parties are named as the defendants....one missed assignment and the mortgage/lien is not foreclosed with respect to that mortgagee/lien holder. It needs to be priced accordingly. This is especially true of tax lien foreclosure searches.
