Ms. Somers, in response to your request to reduce fees by 10%, the answer is NO. Please find another area of YOUR company for this reduction in budget instead of MY company’s fees. I understand that by refusing, I will no longer be receiving work from your company. I’d much rather stand on the street corner by choice to recoup the missed income, than be screwed by First American. I appreciate your honesty. The changes we have gone through since being purchased by First American have been tremendous. You have been with us for a long time, and we value your company’s service. I will go ahead and keep you in our system at your current fee.
