Good morning everyone,
I got an email from Ron DaParma from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. He wrote an article, much like the one above (is that his article?).
I couldn't help myself so I wrote him a letter and vented about how the owners of these businesses hide under the LLC for "protection" while living in million dollar homes and driving a Mercedes or a Bentley. I am owed thousands and I am told to get over it, you are not getting your money, the signing service didn't get paid and neither will you. Well, I did a service, they got the check, it is clearly on the hud and I have the orders for the title searches that I did and never received payment for.
He is interested in speaking with anyone that is willing to "go on record" about what Express did to them and is really interested in speaking with borrowers that had a closing 2 weeks ago and their loan did not fund because of Express closing down. I also contacted the clerk's offices in the counties I work at and told them to be very careful when they receive a recording with Express Financial's check for the recording fees or taxes because my friend had an $8,000 check bounce last week from their account.
Ron DaParma is his name and he can be contacted at
