Looking for a little insight
Did business for a company in the Kansas City area (
Jon Gilmore, Parkway Title and Synergy Title) where he was painfully slow to pay, defensive when asked, but always paid until...
he sold the company while still owing 3 months of orders (approximately $ 1,800).
Find out he sold his company for a handsome profit to
Bankers Title. I call them (
Peter) and initially he seems concerned. Says he will contact Gilmore but I never hear back. Repeated messages go unanswered.
Finally get Peter back on the phone and he says he's going to talk to Gilmore and get back with me, which he never does.
More time passes, more unanswered phone calls. I finally get Peter back on the phone and as soon as I start talking, he hangs up on me.
Advice would be greatly appreciated.
