Well the article is very interesting!!!  With that being said I have done three orders for them in 2003, 2004, and 2007 (which was a large invoice).  All were paid in a timely matter.  If I remember correctly, I called them after 30 days and they immediately sent a check.  I don't know about their other business practices, but they paid me for my abstract services.
