I am still owed for 1 title search from Aug. 2007. They are a very slow paying company.  According to Cindy in the MN office, they now pay the abstractor when the file closes.  They must have a shortage of money, because the ones that bomb aren't paid or aren't paid for a very long time.  I'm sure I'm not the only abstractor that's had trouble with this company.
