I'd have to agree with Robert on this one; I've seen so many people buy into the idea of reverse mortgages helping them when they don't really understand what they do exactly. Too many Americans don't read the fine print and for the older people in this country, their homes are often the only thing they own the majority of. I hate to see people use these as tools to help them get access to money.
I know for some people they are neccessary but it still worries me when I find out people have entered into these types of arrangements.
