This is easily accessible public information, so I am posting it here. 

Newington Assessor::  48 Christian Lane is a shopping center owned by Reno Properties II LLC, 170 Pane Road, Newington, CT 06111.  This could be ASA's landlord.

CT Secretary of State: David Occhialini, Manager of Reno Properties (residence 11 Blenheim Terrace, Farmington, CT 06032). Try calling them to see if ASA was or is a tenant and how to contact the company owner.  I'm not sure of the phone number; try  860-666-7400 (Reno Properties LLC).
