Now that is laughable Steve. Let me see if I get this right. Your telling us that you are not a member of the public because you pay a subscription? I pay a fee for access to the public water system. Does this mean I am not a member of the public?
You seem to insist on some unamed law that guarantees remote access. Public records are mandated to be public but no law that I am aware of mandates they be remotely accessible to a "public" thousands of miles away. In fact, some laws mandate just the opposite. Public notices for example are only valid when published within the jurisdiction.
You also claim that online records in Virginia are complete, accurate and official. Unfortunately the County of Fairfax doesn't agree with you. According to the
Court Public Access Network (CPAN) Business Subscriber Agreement.

8. Warrantees
Neither the Clerk, deputy
clerks, employees, or agents nor the County
of Fairfax, its Board of
Supervisors, employees or agents expressly or impliedly warrant that the

Do your clients know you are basing your searches on information that the county itself will not warrant as official, accurate or correct? As a techie guy, I'm sure you know the expression, "Garbage in - Garbage Out"
