Hi, i'm new to these forums. I recently got laid off from a title company. I have been in the business for about 5 years. I am looking to expand my knowledge and to learn title abstracting/examining/searching. Any suggestions are appreciated. Are there any books i can read? Any classes i can attend? Online courses? Private lessons? I was currently an JrTitle Officer that handled Limited short form policies for single family residences. HELOC's and 2nds only. I would like to gain knowledge to perform full title products for sale transactions, multi family, single family, commercial. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
