And... there have been positive comments made about companies that are deserving of them. It is not all "trashing." Of course, the past couple of years have seen more complaints than would be normal, but I think that is indicative of more clients experiencing payment problems or arbitrarily changing or dictating payment terms that are not the norm for abstractors. I think we are seeing a reflection of the industry in the tone of the posts. Abstractors are getting fed up with "problem" clients and they are more liberally airing their issues to try to help others from getting caught up in the same problems with the same companies.
