You have read hostility into my words. Perhaps others have done so as well. While, what you bring to the table in terms of personal, emotional baggage is all your own, I have not attempted to distort your words or those of others who have replied through a lens of hostility. I was obviosly inclined to suggest a free market opportunity to the members of this forum. My initial post stands clearly, and my subsequent replies, again when viewed in the context of the overall thread, were called absurd by a few who took my subsequent personal opinions out of context in order to do so. Calling the (out-of-context) ideas absurd is an obvious effort to call me stupid. This is a simple and rational deduction. If my subsequent comments to this were ascerbic, then so be it, but I will not apologize for this without first anticipating an apology from those who acted first with an irrational attack.
I fully expect and support people's right to have and opinon and the privilege of expressing that opinion in a moderated, commercial forum like this. In your opinion, I should apologize. In their opinion, my (misunderstood) comments are absurd. In my opinion, based on your standards, I'm owed apologies. This is understood by all of us.
To break this logjam, I will say this: I apologize for any of my comments which may have not been so absolutely and clearly stated and done so by reiterating that which came before them, as to be misconstruable and thus taken out of context by subsequent posters who failed on their part to adequately review and comprehend the matters stated. I do this as a matter of sheer fairness, as ALL communication takes at least two parties to occur, and misunderstandings are rarely 100% the fault of only one of those parties.
Can we please now get off these non-issues and address the core proposal constructively, instead of everyone rallying the wagons and shooting the messenger?
