You clearly have no concept of Deed ownership in early English society. Your rhetorical question of how you protect people from selling property is obviously an effort to troll. This "solution", while stated as an idealized concept, was NOT suggested for implementation by me, and to the contrary was used only for purposes of contrast to the Project Open Records proposal stated therein. Hence, the question about your literary competence.
Yes, the benefits of public records are obvious and clear to everyone, hence the suggestion to establish public records in an even wider forum. It seems that you don't like the idea of eliminating public records, which was offered as a contrast and historical alternative to the current system. You also don't appear to like the idea of more openness in records, from what I'll reasonably infer from your lack of support for the initial idea.
I would guess that your solution mirrors others in so much as doing nothing will benefit everyone?
