Amy - I did have a problem last fall with Flagship. They are very nice, and VERY slow in paying. I just kept calling and did get paid. If you ever got paid twice a month - congratulations.
BTW, the last correspondence I received from them was a request that their abstractors get searches back in SIX hours, or risk losing business. When I requested that they remove me from their vendor list, due to what I considered an unreasonable demand, they promptly responded that the request was only for their LOCAL vendors. Six hours?.... I'm seeing this more and more from companies I won't work for - SIX hours?!!!!!!
