Exactly,  I wasn't up charging I just wanted reimbursed for the money I spent on copies that they wanted.   What is the real sad thing about this is  my small clients have zero issues paying for copies or my prices. The only one that does is a multi billion dollar company.  And this same company had the nerve to tell me that I would make it up in volume. The more volume the more copies so no I wouldn't make it up in the long run.  I really believe that most of the large companies think we are all dumb and will do whatever they say.
