That's OK Robert- it was just the way the questions were posed- nothing more- you asked from what date would we run these names- with the implied intention that it was title related and we would be looking for the events that would occur much before and after the actual ownership time frame- but that was not in the question- I understand what you were getting at after the explanation about the IRS liens- but before that, not the case- If someone asks me to get them a copy of the deed where Fred Flintstone got title to his property- I get just the deed they requested,I don't just go ahead and get copies of all the related deeds in the chain- that was not what they were asking for- "just his deed" was all- now , if your original question and follow up was relating to how well we followed the direction of the question- then those that elaborated on liens, after acquired events and any other index event - then they would have been buying the whole chain of title scheme and providing a lot of "stuff " you never asked for-
And that was my whole point- if we followed your direction, it was a short answer- if we read more into it- it was a much longer answer-
No Problem with it though- just another test to learn from, that's all.
