With respect I think the post is valid in this forum. Many title companies and abstractors offer closing services and a discussion on this topic is needed even if it is an isolated incident. Plus if lenders, title companies, or mortgage brokers are out there doing these types of things abstractors need to know about them because these people are our clients too.
I also thought the subject was accurate, when reading the post it was what I expected it to be, but with the details filled in.
