Agreed. Find out how much more E&O Insurance would cost you in order to cover such work, then scale your fees up in proportion to that. What other expenses are your incurring including travel, time spent on the base labor, and the value of your expertise in covering such a field of work. What would it cost them to cover this in-house with an employee? Remember, as an outsourced contractor or business firm, you become an accounting asset in so much that your expenses (to them) become a business write-off for them on their taxes, so charge accordingly.
