The verification process does not pose any problems- it is the clerk's job to verify that what they are accepting is in fact the "real thing" ,once that has occurred, there is no reason to doubt its authenticity.
If there is a problem with that authenticity when one is going to record, I would go armed with as much documentation to prove it when presenting to the clerk for recordation.
And Robert- I just re-read the figures- are you sure it was a 3.5 "billion" deal? If that is the case- business won't have to be all that good for you this year- it already has been!!! How did you figure the premium for that one? ( must have been one of those "new" calculators with a bunch of "extra digits")
