What are we talking about here? Is this discussion about running the Land Indices or the Judgment rolls?

We run the land using the Sectional Indices (we don't usually use the general index -direct/reverse in Mississippi, unless we have a break in the chain. In that case we run the names and some variations thereof.

As to the Judgment Rolls, we take a look at variations, but unless we find some name that we can't explain away, our search is limited to the names that we have found in the chain of title, and that is clearly stated on the report.
