Thanks for the information.  It looks very interesting.  I was just complaining at lunch today about the problem we have around here with the sham AfBA's.  A colleague from another local agency asked when someone was going to do something about it.  My response was - "I don't think anybody cares!" 

I'll be sure to look more into this organization when I get time.
