One more question that comes to mind... I have a search on my desk with 7 people in title from a Certificate of Transfer.  Obviously, all of those names have to be checked.  Would you charge more for that?  It would seem that it would take a lot more work to run 7 names of people in title than one buyer. 

That is the "odd" situation that arise when you try to break things down by "names," rather than "title."
