Feel free to use any verbage from my reply that you want. When I posted this e-mail I was hopeful that anyone who had received similar e-mails would have a similar reaction and want to send a similar response. I think it is important for these big companies to know that we "small independents" are not out here alone and that they can't simply dictate unrealistic terms to us to increase their profits or save their business in this time of mortgage crisis- they will have to find some other way to do it. I can't afford to save their business at the cost of losing mine or at the expense of my many other clients who never pressure me for turn times and who I willingly service in 24-48 hours with no problems.
