That response from Metro is a load of you know what.  There is no way that they had a favorable response to their suggestion of 10 %.  Thats it make the abstractor the blame.  I am so sick of this crap.  I am in favor of banding together to hire an attorney for anyone who has been stiffed by them.  Anyone interested?
