I got the same email.  I wasn't surprised in the least, given the experience I have had with this customer.  In addition to unrealistic expectations on turn times, they repeatedly "reject" my searches for no good reason.  Last week they rejected a search the first time because "Emaps" didn't show that their borrower owned the property.  The fact that the deed was only 3 months old and that "Emaps" doesn't update that fast seemed to escape them.  So I explained that and thought I was done.  Then the next day a different rep of this customer sent another email rejecting it again because I didn't report a mortgage "opened on or around June 2007."  Once again the fact that this deed was dated  June of '08 and couldn't possibly be related to that mortgage escaped them.  I politely pointed that out and sent info on the property that the mortgage was on and asked if they wanted me to search that.  I never even got a reply, much less an apology.

Then, they sent me a search at 6:56 pm on Thursday.  I had the audacity to take off Friday because it was my birthday and my wife and I went out of town for the weekend.  I advised their rep that it would be Monday before I could fill the order.  She promptly pulled the order, saying it was due on Friday.  Ironically, this was a "TSP" Search and the chart on the email they sent said they allow 2 days for that.  So by rights I didn't have to get it back to them until 6:56 pm on Monday to be within their requirements but they still pulled the order.

They are skating on thin ice with me and will be fired as a customer soon if they keep this up.
