Having received the same email you did, I too was appalled at their utter disrepect and lack of appreciation for what we do. I think your response was respectful and to the point. I am also sending a similar reply.
Perhaps we should all band together and have a one-day work stoppage for them just to show them the power WE wield should we stcik together.
