Helen, I don't get you reasoning. Your statement, " If one didn't get the email then the fee reduction didn't directly affect them so it doesn't matter who it was." seems to forget that
I may be the next one they contact to try to replace someone who wouldn't do
their work for the lower fee. I just think if a person is going to post ANY problem
with a customer on SOT, they shouldn't "tease" us by giving us only one-half of
the story. As Paul Harvey says, we need the "rest of the story" to be fully aware
of who may be trying to chisel us into lower fees.
