Non-attorney signing agents got the same offer.

LOL (sorry):  I wonder if they sent the same offer to their telephone, utility, landlord, and the IRS & state business tax offices.  Of course, at the rate Congress and the White House are playing around,  the IRS may be forced by Congress to accept 10 cents on the dollar for taxes owed in order to bail out any business impacted by the drop in real estate refinancing.
